UPDATE : Earlier today (the sneak peek photo has since been taken down) there was a mention of 48 single eye shadow shades and 4 brow duos. If you're familiar with The Body Shop single eye shadows, the Sigma single eye shadows are packaged in a similar packaging with a bigger pan and more circular shape. Excited much?
Anyways, if you're familiar with their eye shadow palettes -- Bare, Flare, Dare and Paris -- and you've been interested in some of the shades but could care less for the other colors in the palette, you'd be happy to know that the eye shadows will be released as individual eye shadows in the near future.
Swatches and thoughts of the eye shadows from the first 3 palettes are available here:
Another product addition to the new line up are long wearing eye liner pencils! I would imagine this to be comparable to the Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Liner Pencils (that I love might I add) or the Milani Liquif'eye pencils. But for now, here's the sneak peek photo we have:
Although at present time I'm not sure how many shades will be coming out for the upcoming eye shadow bases, Sigma has been teasing us with a few shades in their newsletter, Facebook and via Simone's Instagram.
As you can see at the top right corner of this look book image from Sigma, the new eye shadow bases will be available in a glass jar with a slightly domed/conical cap (hard to tell in this photo but it could be different)? Pursue looks to be an eggplant shade which would possibly look good doubled up as a cream liner as well. The 2 other shades shown in other look book images are Pose (a slightly shimmery peach) and a shimmery gunmetal color. The eye shadow bases are scheduled for launch this fall.
Earlier this month Simone has also confirmed that their brow powders (from the Expert Brow Kit) will also available soon in duos!
Here's another interesting scoop. Sigma will be releasing a new brush washing device in January 2013. I'm personally interested to see this device since we're pretty much used to the conventional methods of cleaning our beloved make up brushes (i.e. manual spot and deep cleaning). This should complement the Sigma Dry N Shape quite nicely. Now if only they'd come out with a mini Dry N Shape for smaller brushes...
Don't forget to utilize the monthly coupon code available at the top right sidebar for 10% off your total purchase at Sigma. From now until October 31st, 2012 Sigma will be including the Scarlett brow powder sample from the Expert Brow Kit with every qualifying purchase of $30 and above in a single order.
awesome sharing! im excited about those eyeshadows!
